Cash-Released XChange® User Guide
Loan Selling Advisor® provides you with a single, intuitive platform to sell loans to Freddie Mac for cash. One popular feature allows you to sell loans servicing-released through Cash-Released XChange®. For mortgages sold through this execution, you must adhere to the requirements of the servicing transfer instructions.
The Cash-Released XChange® User Guide contains important information on how to package and deliver documents to the Servicer. In addition, Chapter 2 contains:

- Cash-Released XChange Imaged Document Checklist
This identifies all documents that must be submitted in the servicing transfer file. - Cash-Released XChange Final Document Checklist
The final document checklist must be used to forward original, final recorded documents to the servicer. - Cash-Released XChange Payment/Refund Transmittal Form
The seller payment/refund transmittal is used in conjunction with forwarding or requesting miscellaneous funds on a mortgage previously transferred to the servicer. You can use this to either forward funds or request a credit. - Cash-Released XChange Borrower Mailing and Billing Address Certification Form
The mailing billing address certification is used when the borrower's correspondence address is different from the subject property address.
