Sell for Securities

Take advantage of securities executions in Loan Selling Advisor® where you receive Freddie Mac Participation Certificates (PC), widely accepted securities that are attractive to investors, to hold in your investment portfolio or sell.

Early Funding Execution

Early funding pool-level execution gives you the option to receive funding up to 45 days before the securities settlement date on loans you pool into securities. When you choose Early Funding, you’ll free up your warehouse lines sooner in the funding process and reduce your carrying costs. Early Funding is available for our Guarantor and MultiLender customers.

Cash Payups for Mortgages with Specified Characteristics

Freddie Mac offers a payup to standard cash pricing for fixed-rate mortgages with certain loan characteristics, such as original Note amounts less than $250,000.
