Freddie Mac Access Manager
Access Manager enables Seller/Servicers to securely manage user access to Freddie Mac tools and applications. Administrators can provision users, assign permissions, manage user certifications, and access reporting capabilities.
What is Access Manager?
Access Manager is a self-service platform that enables approved organizations to create, manage, and update user access to Freddie Mac applications. Administrators can provision users, manage permissions, and access reporting capabilities from a single location.
If your company is not currently enrolled in Access Manager, complete the Access Manager registration form to begin the onboarding process.
A Freddie Mac representative will contact your organization with information about registration and help your company get set up to manage user access.
If you are a new user, you cannot register yourself for Access Manager. Access to Access Manager must be requested through your company’s designated Access Manager administrator, who is responsible for setting up and managing user access to Freddie Mac applications.
To get access to applications:
- Contact your company’s Access Manager administrator and request access to the Freddie Mac application(s) you need.
- If you do not know who your Access Manager Administrator is, use the Access Manager: Find My Admin Tool or contact Customer Service at (800-FREDDIE) for assistance.
- Once your administrator provisions your access, you will be provided a username and be prompted to update your temporary password before you can begin using the authorized applications.
If you already have access to application(s) and need access to additional applications, contact your company’s designated Access Manager administrator.
