Getting Started with the Servicing Gateway
Start using Servicing Gateway tools with Access Manager – it’s a self-service system that lets you create, manage, and provision your users' access to certain Freddie Mac Single-Family sourcing and servicing tools and applications.
Using Access Manager
If you’re an existing Freddie Mac Servicer, your Freddie Mac Access Manager Executive Administrator may provision access to authorized users of the tools available through Servicing Gateway, each of which are listed in Access Manager.
If you’re a new Seller/Servicer, sign up with Access Manager to get started using our servicing tools.
Non-Access Manager Users
Access Manager is the recommended path, however, if your organization is currently using Freddie Mac servicing tools but not signed up with Access Manager, you can request user access to the below Servicing Gateway tools by completing and submitting forms. Freddie Mac will respond to a Servicer’s request for access within 48 business hours.
- Default Fee Appeal System: Form 903, Freddie Mac Default Fee Appeal System Authorized User Roles Form, or Form 903A, Addendum to Freddie Mac Default Fee Appeal System Authorized User Roles Form
- Post-Fund Data Corrections: Form 907, Post-Fund Data Corrections Tool Authorized User Role Form
