Getting Started with Loan Advisor®
Start using Freddie Mac Loan Advisor tools with Access Manager – it’s a self-service system that lets you create, manage, and provision your users' access to certain Freddie Mac Single-Family sourcing tools and applications.
Using Access Manager
If you’re an existing Freddie Mac Seller, your Access Manager Executive Administrator may provision access to authorized users of the tools available through Loan Advisor, each of which are listed in Access Manager.
If you’re a new Seller/Servicer or Third-Party Originator, sign up with Access Manager to get started using our Loan Advisor tools.
Non-Access Manager Users
Access Manager is the recommended path, however, if your organization is currently using Freddie Mac selling tools but not signed up with Access Manager, you can request user access to the below Loan Advisor tools by completing and submitting the associated forms. Freddie Mac will respond to a Seller’s request for access within 48 business hours.
