Updated AUS Specifications and Supporting Documents Published
Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (the GSEs) published a joint announcement to notify lenders of updates to their AUS specifications to collect details about interested-party-provided closing costs and subordinate financing. They also addressed fixes and updates in response to critical business needs. Minor updates to supporting documents were also made in response to feedback received during implementation.
