The newest Condo Project Advisor® release helps streamline Project Waiver Requests for Pending Litigation and Reserves with new functionality on the category pages that identifies documentation required for your submission. By uploading the documentation during your submission, you’ll reduce the possibility that we’ll need to request it later on and help us more quickly and efficiently reach a decision.

The Pending Litigation and Reserves category pages will now include two collapsible accordions that list the required and optional documents for uploading. It’s now mandatory that you include the required documents when submitting your request under one of these categories – and we encourage you to also upload any of the optional documents that can help streamline your request.
