Scenario 1: I'm a Freddie Mac Seller interested in learning more about how I can register for Loan Closing Advisor® .

If you are interested in system-to-system registration:

Welcome, please allow two business days for processing the Loan Closing Advisor® account setup. Once the setup process is complete, you'll receive an email with your login credentials. The system-to-system access authentication ID and password are at the organization level and only one ID is required per organization.

With Loan Closing Advisor system-to-system access, your loan origination system sends the data directly to Loan Closing Advisor and returns the results to your system.

If you are interested in web access registration for an employee:

With Loan Closing Advisor web access, your loan origination system exports the Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) and the user logs into the Loan Advisor® single sign-on portal with an individual user ID and imports the UCD file into Loan Closing Advisor.

Does your organization have a Freddie Mac Access Manager administrator? This is one or more individuals who have been authorized by both Freddie Mac and your organization to add or remove individual user credentials. Read the FAQs to learn more about Access Manager.

  • Yes. Continue to the Loan Advisor Registration Access Form
  • No. Click here to complete the Access Manager Get Started form, so you can manage (add/delete) your company's authorized administrators.
    • Access Manager offers you the ability to self-manage access for your company's individual users. To do so, you need to identify authorized administrator(s).
    • The administrator(s) will be responsible for adding, removing and modifying access to the individual tools for users associated with your company.
  • No/I am not sure. Continue with Loan Advisor Registration Form.
    • If you don't have an Access Manager administrator or if you don't know who the administrator is in your organization, please continue to completing this form and provide the requested information.
    • Please allow two business days for processing the Loan Closing Advisor account setup.

Scenario 2: I'm a third-party originator (TPO) interested in learning more about how I can register for Loan Closing Advisor.

If you already have a Freddie Mac TPO number and are interested in system-to-system registration.

If you don't have an Access Manager administrator(s) or if you don't know who the administrator is in your organization, please complete the Loan Advisor registration form and provide the requested information.

If you do not have a Freddie Mac TPO number:

Establishing a TPO number is a simple process. 

If you do not have a Freddie Mac TPO number, please register your organization via Customer Registration Portal. Once we receive the form, we'll send you a new TPO number, which will serve as your unique Freddie Mac customer number. When you receive your TPO number you can easily register for access to LCLA by completing the Loan Advisor Registration form.
