November Loan Product Advisor^® (LPA^SM) updates are designed to help you streamline the way you work so you can assist more borrowers. This month’s updates include:

• Updates to Freddie Mac Affordable Seconds^®.
• A new derived property type value on the LPA Feedback Certificate representing up to six discrete Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO^®) v3.4 data points submitted in the Request File, to further identify property characteristics to which a loan was underwritten. 
• Corrections to subordinate lien processing to provide complete lien balance information.
• Improvements that prevent duplicate transaction submissions in LPA through direct access.
• New feedback message to remind Sellers of Texas Homestead laws when considering automated collateral evaluation (ACE) appraisal waivers.
