The newest Condo Project Advisor release builds on the June release – further streamlining Project Waiver Requests (PWRs). As part of this release, the Delinquent Assessments, Excessive Commercial Space and Single Entity Ownership category pages have been enhanced to identify the required documentation for PWRs related to these categories.

Here’s a summary of what’s in the release:

  • We’ve updated the language for homeowners association (HOA) questionnaire uploads for PWR submissions to reflect “Lender HOA Full Questionnaire Upload".
  • We’ve updated the PWR PDF certificate with the most current Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide citations.
  • We’ve added new functionality for the Delinquent Assessments, Excessive Commercial Space and Single Entity Ownership categories for new PWRs. Category pages now include two collapsible accordions – one for required documents and one for optional documents.

As with the June release, it’s now mandatory to upload required documents when submitting new PWRs for these categories.
