Loan Quality Advisor® feedback messages have been added to align with desktop appraisals and community land trust loans:

  • Effective March 6, 2022, new feedback messages will be added in support of desktop appraisals. More details were announced in Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin 2022-2.
  • Effective March 28, 2022, a new message will be added to alert clients that community land trust loans are not eligible for automated collateral evaluation (ACE) appraisal waivers.
