Loan Product Advisor® (LPASM) feedback messages have been updated with more actionable language and to align with recent Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) changes – to help you underwrite more loans. The latest feedback messages include:

  • Clearer messaging when providing alphanumeric requirements for merged credit reference numbers.
  • Improved language to reflect Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 4506-T changes announced in Guide Bulletin 2021-4.
  • Updated messaging for eligibility for collateral representation and warranty relief.
  • Calculating payments on open-ended accounts.
