An important step in registering to use Loan Quality Advisor® is having you connect with a credit reporting company or a technical affiliate. Part of the registration process will direct you to initiate contact with them to "link" your organization to Loan Quality Advisor®. Once this step has been completed, the credit reporting company or technical affiliate will confirm that setup has been finalized.

I'm a correspondent lender interested in registering for Loan Quality Advisor® but do not have a TPO number.
You must have a Freddie Mac third-party originator (TPO) number to gain access to Loan Quality Advisor®. If you don't have a TPO number, you can get one by completing the Customer Registration process and selecting the Correspondent/Mortgage Broker option.
