Loan Selling Advisor

When provisioning the External Seller Setup Manager role in Loan Selling Advisor, the Binding Signatory and/or applicable Administrator shall inform the Authorized User associated with such role of that user’s ability under such role to approve, reject or modify wire instructions in Loan Selling Advisor. Freddie Mac is entitled to rely on the truth, accuracy and completeness identified Authorized Users submitted by each Administrator, failure to adhere to the above may result in postponement of funding date as well as Freddie Mac exercising available remedies under 3601.1 of the Guide.

System-2-System Loan Closing Advisor Correspondent

Loan Closing Advisor role to allow Correspondent entities systems accounts to access the Loan Closing Advisor to submit .xml based loan closing data and additional application functionality.

LPA S2S Correspondent

This is for the LPA S2S access method for correspondent (sponsored brokers) working with 1 or more participating LPA wholesale lender (sponsor) supporting their wholesale operations.

LPA S2S Correspondent

Allows Correspondents to access the Loan Quality Advisor through a System-to-System connection to import and submit batches of loans for evaluation, view evaluation results, and export results.

Loan Closing Advisor Correspondent

Loan Closing Advisor role to allow Correspondent entities to access the Loan Closing Advisor to submit .xml based loan closing data and additional application functionality.

LPA Web Access ID

This is for the LPA Individual Web Access user who will assign loans to a wholesale lender. Loans may only be assigned using LPA's web interface and cannot be assigned using an LOS.

Loan Quality Advisor Correspondent User

Access to Loan Quality Advisor allows Correspondent users to import and submit batches of loans for evaluation, view evaluation results and export results. Background Information

This Freddie Mac Access Manager User Role and Registration Form ("User Roles Form") identifies employees of the above-identified Seller/Freddie Mac Counterparty or Related Third Party (as defined in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Freddie Mac Counterparty Guide ("Guide")) each, a "Freddie Mac Counterparty," that have been: (i) authorized by Freddie Mac Counterparty to use the System identified herein (each such employee, an "Authorized User") and (ii) assigned to the user roles described herein ("User Roles") to perform the selling and/or servicing activities associated with such User Roles. By virtue of Freddie Mac Counterparty’s submission of a User Roles Form to Freddie Mac, executed by Freddie Mac Counterparty’s duly authorized representative, Freddie Mac Counterparty is certifying, representing and warranting to Freddie Mac that the Authorized User(s) assigned to the User Role(s) associated with each System as identified in the User Roles Form are authorized by Freddie Mac Counterparty to perform the selling and/or servicing activities associated with such User Role(s) with respect to the identified System. Freddie Mac Counterparty must submit a new User Roles Form to assign, delete or change Authorized User(s) or User Role(s).

Certification and Agreement

As a duly authorized representative of the Freddie Mac Counterparty, I hereby certify, represent and warrant to Freddie Mac and agree that: (i) I am authorized to assign the Freddie Mac Counterparty’s employees named above to the User Role(s) above; (ii) the employees assigned by me to User Role(s) are authorized to perform the activities associated with such User Role(s); (iii) I have assigned such employees by marking or checking the applicable User Role(s) box(es) adjacent to such employees’ names above; (iv) this User Roles Form is part of the Freddie Mac Counterparty’s "Purchase Documents" as that term is defined in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Freddie Mac Counterparty Guide (the "Guide"); (v) capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Guide; (vi) by clicking on "I Agree" below, I intend to be bound by such act, which constitutes my Electronic signature on this User Roles Form; (vii) if I am a duly authorized representative of a Related Third Party, my Electronic signature constitutes Related Third Party’s (A) acceptance of Freddie Mac’s offer to enter into the Related Third Party Agreement ("Agreement") accessible at the foregoing hyperlink and logically associated with my Electronic signature, and agreement to become bound to the Agreement, or (B) affirmation of the previously signed Agreement, (viii) as required under the Guide or the Agreement, as applicable, Freddie Mac Counterparty shall protect the Authentication Credentials used to access the System, (ix) my Electronic signature shall be as binding, valid, and enforceable as my original written signature on a paper original of this User Roles Form; and (x) all information provided in this User Roles Form is true, complete and accurate.
