The latest Loan Coverage Advisor® release enhances the user interface (UI) and search results with new Servicing-Released XChange® program and MI company values. Now, you can more quickly assess contract details relevant to your representation and warranty relief obligations on each loan and better support mortgage insurance (MI) reporting needs with clearer report data that’s shared with our MI companies.

Here’s a summary of what’s in the release:

  • The Loan Risk Details page and search results display a new Servicing-Released XChange program type value for loans funded using this program.
  • The Loan Risk Details page and Advanced Search page both include a new “MIF” company code to support MI reporting needs. The data will also be present in MFT reports sent to MI customers.
