The July 8, 2022 Freddie Mac Loan Advisor® in ECO® release adds a new dashboard for Collateral Offerings. Initially, only desktop appraisals will be available, but more collateral offerings will be added later on.

The dashboard offers insight into how many of the loans you’ve submitted to Loan Product Advisor® (LPASM) are eligible for desktop appraisals and their rates including:

  • Loan Application View – Eligible Rate: The percentage of applications eligible for a desktop appraisal in LPA out of the total number of applications submitted to LPA.
  • Loan Delivery View – Adopted Rate: The percentage of loans delivered with a desktop appraisal out of the total number of funded loans.
  • Loan Delivery View – Take Rate: The percentage of loans delivered with a desktop appraisal out of the total number of loans eligible for a desktop appraisal in LPA.

You’ll also be able to export the dashboard results as a snap of the dashboard (.pdf), Loan Delivery View (.xls of funded loan data) and LPA Application View (.xls of LPA application data).
