The latest ECO release enhancements help make the Rep & Warranty Relief Performance and ACE Performance dashboards more intuitive and user-friendly. Following is an overview of changes:

Days Saved with Representation and Warranty (R&W) Relief Dashboard

  • We’ve updated the total days saved calculation to better represent purchase and refinance on total volume.
  • We’ve made minor updates on value references and aesthetics for better user experience.

Automated Collateral Evaluation (ACE) Performance Dashboard

  • We’ve added Recent Appraisal as a new category to flag applications with a recent appraisal that have an effective date within 120 days from the initial Loan Product Advisor® (LPASM) submission date.
