On March 26, 2021, we expanded credit enhancements (CEs) bulk search results in Loan Coverage Advisor®. That means new loan-level details on all CEs and their impacts to representation & warranty (rep and warranty) coverage relief. These new details include:
 
  • Credit enhancement reason and number of days delinquent.
  • Selling rep and warranty relief planned duration, planned relief date, actual relief date.
  • Loan details, such as: 
  • purchase loan-to-value.
  • purchase unpaid principal balance.
  • current unpaid principal balance.
