On January 19, 2023, Loan Closing Advisor® will be updated with the 2023 allowable Regulation Z Points and Fees thresholds. These tools will help you determine that the loans you’re selling to us meet the points and fees requirements applicable to both Exempt Mortgages and Ability to Repay (ATR) Covered Mortgages subject to the Revised General Qualified Mortgage (QM) Rule as set forth in Single-Family Seller Servicer Guide (Guide) Section 4202.6(c).
