Loan Product Advisor Wholesaler Registration

Sellers that are approved to deliver Third Party Originator (TPO)/Wholesale loans to Freddie Mac can now register and manage the relationship with TPO’s by requesting one or both Wholesale channels. 

  • LPA Participating Wholesale Lender Picklist allows TPO’s with LPA access able to find your company on the Wholesaler Lender drop-down list within LPA application. 
  • LPA Sponsorship Wholesale allows the TPO’s to gain access to LPA through your company’s Loan Origination System (LOS).

Please proceed with this registration form if you (1) are an approved Wholesaler and want to enroll in Freddie Mac’s LPA Participating Wholesale Lender Picklist and/or (2) want to enroll in Freddie Mac’s LPA Sponsorship Wholesale. You do not have to pick one or the other, you can register for both wholesaler channels.
