Loan Level Reporting (LLR) allows Servicers to report borrower payment activity each month for the current accounting cycle. We’re overhauling critical reports to improve the user experience with additional transparency and data. Check back regularly for updates.

Effective October 24, 2022:

Changes to Modification Status Report

  • This daily report provides a list of current cycle loan modifications including errors and settlements.
  • Expect a new look and feel that’s more aligned to other Servicing Gateway reports.
  • Additionally, we’re adding two new columns, Servicer Loan # and Post-Modification DDLPI, to help reduce errors and edits when reporting, especially for post-modification data.
