We are extending the mandatory use date for the revised Form 1077, Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary. This means Seller/Servicers are not required to use the revised form on or after  February 1, 2020, as we announced in Single Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin 2019-7.  However, Seller/Servicers may use the updated version of the form immediately if they choose to.

Also as announced in Bulletin 2019-7, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae continue to jointly review this form and are discussing additional changes.

We will notify Seller/Servicers of those changes and the new effective date for the revised form in a future Guide Bulletin.
