The December 1, 2023, ECO® release gives you greater insight into your quality control (QC) loan sampling thanks to a new Quality Control Performing Loan Not Accept Quality dashboard. It also includes updates to existing dashboards that help you more easily filter and export data. Here’s what’s new:

New Dashboard

Now you’ve got self-serve access to a new Quality Control Performing Loan Not Accept Quality dashboard. This dashboard offers insight into your organization’s QC sample loans, including the Not Acceptable Quality (NAQ) rate and threshold on a quarterly basis. The ECO Documents & Links page has been updated to include the QC Performing Loan Not Accept Quality definitions.

Enhancements to Existing Dashboards

We’ve also included the following enhancements to improve your experience in ECO.

  • Affordable Product Dashboard: Affordable Tab - Now you can download loan-level data for the Housing Finance Agencies (HFA) including a modified filter. 
  • Delivery Overview and Loan Characteristics Dashboards: Risk Tab - Now you can select the loan-level status, view/export loan-level data and modified filters.
