Servicer Honors and Rewards Program (SHARP) enables eligible Servicers to receive annual rewards and recognition based on their Servicer Success Scorecard. The program recognizes clients with superior servicing performance for the prior year.
Eligibility
Servicers who meet the criteria for receiving an annual rank and fall into groups 1-3 are automatically enrolled in SHARP.
- Group 1: Service 350k + Freddie Mac mortgages
- Group 2: Service 100k – 350k Freddie Mac mortgages
- Group 3: Service 20k – 100k Freddie Mac mortgages
- Group 4: Service less than 20k Freddie Mac mortgages
Monetary Rewards
Based on your Scorecard rank and the number of mortgages serviced annually, you may receive monetary rewards as certain criteria are met:
- Gold: Annual Monetary Reward - $100k
- Silver: Annual Monetary Reward - $50k
- Bronze: Annual Monetary Reward - $25k
Public Recognition
Servicer will receive a marketing toolkit, plus a designated number of FreddieMacCONNECT registrations (pending an onsite event).
