SHARP enables eligible Servicers to receive annual rewards and recognition based on their Servicer Success Scorecard. The program recognizes clients with superior servicing performance for the prior year.
Congratulations 2023 SHARP Award Winners
SHARP recognizes Servicers that exceled in demonstrating superior servicing for the previous year by focusing on outstanding customer service and positive efforts to prevent and alleviate loan delinquencies. The Servicer Success Scorecard annual rank determines who represent the top portfolio performance.
Eligibility
Servicers who meet the criteria for receiving an annual rank and fall into groups 1-3 are automatically enrolled in SHARP.
- Group 1: Service 200k + Freddie Mac mortgages
- Group 2: Service 75k – 200k Freddie Mac mortgages
- Group 3: Service 20k – 75k Freddie Mac mortgages
- Group 4: Service less than 20k Freddie Mac mortgages
Monetary Rewards
Based on your Scorecard rank and the number of mortgages serviced annually, you may receive monetary rewards as certain criteria are met:
- Gold: Annual Monetary Reward - $100k
- Silver: Annual Monetary Reward - $50k
- Bronze: Annual Monetary Reward - $25k
Public Recognition
Servicers will be announced in a press release and other industry recognition, receive a marketing toolkit, plus a designated number of FreddieMacCONNECT registrations (pending an onsite event).
