Start using our tools with Access Manager – it’s a self-service system that lets you create, manage and provision your users' access to Single-Family tools and applications.

Make Sure You’re Set Up with a Customer Number
For Sellers, ensure you’ve gone through the onboarding process and have a Seller/Servicer number.
For non-Sellers, ensure you’ve completed the customer registration form.
For Third-Party Originators, review this additional guidance:

Sign Up for Access Manager
If you’re a new Seller/Servicer or Third-Party Originator, sign up with Access Manager to get started using our tools.

Provision User Access for Tools
Using Access Manager (Self-service)
If you’re an existing Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer, your Access Manager Executive Administrator may provision access to authorized users of the tools available through Freddie Mac Gateway, each of which is listed in Access Manager.
Not Using Access Manager (Form-based)
Access Manager is the recommended path; however, you can request user access to the tools below by completing and submitting the associated forms. Freddie Mac will respond to your request for access within 48 business hours.
