Overview

The warehouse lender release process process is automated in Loan Selling Advisor®, allowing warehouse lenders to use the system to release their interests in loans sold to Freddie Mac.

To access Loan Selling Advisor, warehouse lenders must authorize designated useres via the Freddie Mac Loan Advisor® registration form. Additionally, those persons authorized as Approvers must be accepted by Freddie Mac as Authorized Employees on Form 990SF, Agreement and Certificate of Incumbency: Warehouse Lender. Watch this video, Warehouse Lenders System Access to learn how to designate your authorized users via the Loan Advisor registration form.

For detailed requirements, refer to Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Chapter 6305

Warehouse Lender Eligibility and Delivery Requirements
