What is UAD 3.6?

The UAD 3.6 and Forms Redesign is an initiative to update the dataset for appraisal reports submitted to the GSEs and align with the current industry-standard MISMO® Reference Model. It also involves replacing all existing GSE appraisal forms with a single flexible and dynamic report. The new report covers all property types, improves the review process and reduces revisions.
