Loan Product Advisor Version Transition Resources

Action Required

  • Version 5.3.00 will retire on March 2, 2026. If you’re still using v5.3.00, please begin to make plans to transition to a newer version of LPA.
  • Feedback certificate stylesheets will also be retired on March 2, 2026, and will be replaced with an easier-to-use PDF file. If you’re still using stylesheets to render the feedback certificate, please begin to make plans to update to the PDF version.

We’ve compiled relevant resources, important dates and access to the latest information all in one place, so you can successfully transition from one Loan Product Advisor® (LPA®) specification to the next. By updating to the latest version of the specification, you’re making home possible for more borrowers with access to the latest programs, enhancements and the most up-to-date feedback responses.

Find the latest specification files on the Developer Portal. Contact your Freddie Mac representative for access.
