Loan Product Advisor Version Transition Resources

Action Required

Version 5.2.00 will retire on March 1, 2025. If you’re still using v5.2.00, please begin to make plans to transition to a newer version of LPA.

We’ve compiled relevant resources, important dates and access to the latest information all in one place, so you can successfully transition from one Loan Product Advisor® (LPASM) specification to the next. By updating to the latest version of the specification, you’re making home possible for more borrowers with access to the latest programs, enhancements and the most up-to-date feedback responses.

Find the latest specification files on the Developer Portal. Contact your Freddie Mac representative for access.

LPA v5.4.00 Specification Bulletin Amendment 01

We’ve updated the v5.4.00 specification and added a new data point for the Property Data Identifier, a new asset and income modeler (AIM) service provider, new loan program identifiers and more.
