UCD v2.0 Specification Initiative

Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (the GSEs) announce an implementation timeline and scope for the UCD v2.0 Specification Initiative which will include data requirements for the UCD Critical Edits Phase 4 and Phase 3B Postponed. The UCD v2.0 Specification milestones will be implemented in Loan Closing Advisor^® as illustrated in the included timeline. Additional information about the upcoming Loan Closing Advisor release is provided below.
