Effective October 7, 2021, we've added two new Loan Closing Advisor® warning feedback messages to alert you when the calculated Annual Percentage Rate (APR) - Average Prime Offer Rate (APOR) spread along with the Ability to Repay Method Type do not meet our requirements.

It’s important that you review these messages, resolve any data issues in your Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) XML file and resubmit to Loan Closing Advisor prior to loan delivery.

The new messages, along with revised warning messages announced in the Loan Closing Advisor October 5 Release Notes, are now available in the customer test environment (CTE) and production.
