Effective October 5, 2021, we’re revising certain existing Loan Closing Advisor® warning feedback messages to help you prepare for upcoming changes to our critical severity messages that will take effect on October 28, 2021.

The messages will alert you when the submitted Annual Percentage Rate (APR), Average Prime Offer Rate (APOR), or Regulation Z Total Loan Amount are less than or equal to 0. It’s important that you review these messages, resolve any data issues in your Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) XML file and resubmit to Loan Closing Advisor prior to loan delivery. Inaccurate APR, APOR and Regulation Z Total Loan Amount data in the UCD XML file may result in a loan being ineligible for purchase during loan delivery.
