Based on your feedback, effective June 7, 2024, we’ve added a new representation and warranty relief reason to Loan Coverage Advisor® to give you more insight into COVID-19 forbearance loans. The new relief reason, available for both Seller/Servicer and Master Commitment number searches, will allow users to identify all the loans that received the relief starting from March 2020 and better analyze the credit risk.
