Enhancements to Loan Selling Advisor® can help you streamline your processes so you can more effectively deliver loans.

Client Testing for ULDD Phase 4a Updates and Phase 5

In January, we notified you that the Loan Selling Advisor pre-production customer test environment (CTE) would be updated for Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) Phase 4a Updates and Phase 5 beginning April 1.

Today we are notifying you that date has changed and the Loan Selling Advisor CTE will now open on Wednesday, April 24.

While our CTE date may have been updated, our June 3, ULDD 4a production effective and Phase 5 optional delivery period start date remains unchanged.

With this change to our CTE start date, we are adding new testing capabilities for a more comprehensive ULDD testing experience, like making our Loan Quality Advisor® CTE available and including testing scope for Export Data from Loan Selling Advisor. See the table below for more details.

Exclusion of Condo Project Advisor® Identifiers from Testing

When you begin CTE testing for ULDD Phase 4a and Phase 5, please do not build or test your integrations for the following two data points:

  • FRE Condo Project Advisor Project Assessment Request Identifier (Sort ID 49.3)
  • FRE Condo Project Advisor Project Waiver Request Identifier (Sort ID 49.4)

Freddie Mac will advise on when these data points will be ready for use in production, and available dates for testing.

ULDD Revisions Page

Want to find all the latest ULDD-related updates in one place? We’ve created the new ULDD Revisions webpage to do just that. This page provides revisions to the ULDD requirements made after the September 12, 2023 announcement  – including ULDD specification updates and ULDD impacts that were previously communicated in Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletins.

The new ULDD Revisions webpage will be periodically updated with ULDD revisions until the next ULDD publication.

Note: The ULDD Revisions webpage is not a replacement or substitute for the requirements in the Guide or any other contractual agreements.
