Latest Enhancement
Quality Control Advisor Plus now offers new features, providing greater autonomy and transparency with maintaining contacts and accessing a new view to see all email notifications that Freddie Mac sends for a particular loan.
Greater Efficiency
Real-time updates via notifications after actions (i.e., submitting files) and an improved interface make it easier to quickly identify and communicate status and missing documents.
Clearly Identified Process
Required actions are split into queues (i.e., file requests, missing documents and remedy requests) so you know which activities you must complete and which are with Freddie Mac for review.
Line of Sight to Remedy Letters
Remedy letters will be accessed directly in the tool as opposed to via separate emails.

Easy Transition
Quality Control Advisor Plus is accessed through a separate login in Freddie Mac Gateway® , but existing Quality Control Advisor users are automatically provisioned and can use their existing credentials.
Powerful Enhancements
The QC requirements stay the same, but the technology is being upgraded to deliver an easier, more efficient experience.
Transition Timing
Quality Control Advisor Plus has been released to Sellers in a phased approach that started in Q4 2025 for a full transition of all Sellers.
