To provide further support for the industry transition to Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) indexed adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs), Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (the GSEs) announced the following Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) updates:

  • Additional ULDD and loan delivery implementation details.
  • An updated ULDD specification.
