SHARP enables eligible Servicers to receive annual rewards and recognition based on their Servicer Success Scorecard. The program recognizes clients with superior servicing performance for the prior year.

Eligibility

Servicers who meet the criteria for receiving an annual rank and fall into groups 1-3 are automatically enrolled in SHARP.

  • Group 1: Service 200k + Freddie Mac mortgages
  • Group 2: Service 75k – 200k Freddie Mac mortgages
  • Group 3: Service 20k – 75k Freddie Mac mortgages
  • Group 4: Service less than 20k Freddie Mac mortgages
