Why is eBill Being Retired?

Effective August 3, 2026, we’re transitioning the technology platform used to support eBill. With this shift, we’re retiring eBill and introducing our new invoicing tool, eBilling.

Current eBill users will not have to take any action. Freddie Mac will provision active eBill users to the new eBilling tool. Effective August 3, if new users within your organization need to be provisioned on the eBilling tool, please contact your organization’s Access Manager administrator.
