Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (the GSEs) have updated their respective Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD). Specifically, we’ve updated and enhanced the following in the GSE ULDD Appendix D - XML Data Requirements Reference Toolpdf:

  • To prepare for the retirement of the Constant Maturity Treasury (CMT) indexed adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs), removed CMT-indexed enumerations no longer supported by the GSEs as of October 1, 2021.
  • Implementation notes to align the specification with current business usage.
  • Credit reporting companies and technical affiliates.
