Cash Rate Sheet Redesign

As previously announced, effective August 29, 2022, we’re enhancing the Loan Selling Advisor® cash rate sheet capabilities. With these changes, you’ll see new features and rate sheet page enhancements. These changes will provide added details and improve the client experience.

Testing Opportunity

To ensure you have ample time to update your systems and test your integrations if necessary, we’re providing access to a Loan Selling Advisor pre-release customer test environment (CTE) starting July 25, 2022. In this CTE you can try out the new and enhanced rate sheet capabilities and see what’s changed.

As you begin your analysis and planning efforts, please review the Cash Rate Sheet Enhancements, for a description of the enhancements and current and future state screen examples. Please note, examples are provided for illustrative purposes only. Be sure to bookmark this page and check back often for updates.

Genworth Mortgage Insurance Corporation name change to Enact – Delivery Period Extended

As published in Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin  2021-36 and 2022-11, Genworth Mortgage Insurance Corporation (Genworth) began doing business as Enact Mortgage Insurance Corporation (Enact) on February 4th, 2022.  We included information that ULDD data points MI Company Name Type/MI Company Name Type Other Description (Sort IDs 413/414) valid values would be updated effective on August 1, 2022 to only accept “Enact”.

While those changes are effective and reflected in the Guide, we are extending the delivery period to accept both “Genworth” and “Enact” as valid values from August 1, 2022 through October 2, 2022 for loans with mortgage insurance policies issued by Enact. On or after October 3, 2022, the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (the GSE’s) will no longer accept “Genworth” as a valid value. If your systems have already been updated to provide “Enact” or your systems will be updated prior to October 3, 2022, please continue to provide “Enact” as the valid value.
