Overview

In a recent Single-Family News Center article that you can view in the sidebar, we told you about enhancements being made to Loan Collateral Advisor®. These enhancements will mean that when you submit appraisals to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®), new collateral risk scoring and feedback messaging will help you simplify processes to create efficiency and provide greater opportunity for collateral representation and warranty relief.

While these enhancements won't be here until the fall, we’re providing links to the new Loan Collateral Advisor feedback messages and Freddie Mac proprietary UCDP feedback messages in the sidebar now, so that you can start building them into your processes and be prepared when the changes go into effect.

Because of these enhancements, we will be announcing updates to our collateral and appraisal requirements in our Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) with a future Guide Bulletin.
