The March 25, 2022 Condo Project Advisor® release builds upon prior releases to help streamline project waiver requests (PWRs) for two additional waiver categories (Project Occupancy and Leased Amenities). These category pages now include collapsible accordions that identify both optional and required documents for new PWR submissions for these categories.

By uploading the required documents during the submission process, you’ll eliminate the need for us to request them later, meaning you’ll get a quicker decision from Condo Project Advisor.

As with prior releases for like enhancements to other category pages, it’s now mandatory to upload required documents when submitting new PWRs for these categories.
