ULDD Update Further Aligns GSE Specifications
Today, Freddie Mac is providing an update to Phase 3 of the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD), as a follow up to the joint GSE May 14, 2019 announcement. The clarifications to existing data points, are described below.
URLA Data Collection in ULDD
In order to further align the GSE specifications, and to support the new Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA), which may be used as early as July 1, 2019, we have updated the ULDD specification to accommodate the following change, effective July 1, 2019:
- PropertyStructureBuiltYear (ULDD Sort ID 67) will be conditionally required if a property appraisal, or Home Value Explorer® (HVE), Freddie Mac's Automated Valuation Model (AVM) tool, was used to value the subject property.
Credit Score Provider Data
We’ve updated the specification to refine the list of enumerations for CreditScoreProviderName (Sort ID 591.1) for technical affiliates of MeridianLink® and Equifax Mortgage Solutions. Refer to Appendix D (Tab 8-Enumerations) for the complete listing of all merged credit providers.
