SHARP recognizes top-performing Servicers and Servicing Agents that exemplify Freddie Mac’s standards of Servicing Excellence. This year we’re introducing several updates and new categories that broaden recognition, and honor organizations that exemplify excellence in servicing.

Monetary Rewards
Based on your Servicer Scorecard rank and the number of mortgages serviced annually, you may receive monetary rewards as certain criteria are met:
- SHARP Premier (Top Three Winners)
Monetary Reward: $150K / $100K / $50K - SHARP Plus (One Winner / One Runner Up)
Monetary Reward: $50K / $25K - SHARP Prestige (Ten Winners)
Monetary Reward: $15K each
