Loan Product Advisor®
- Direct Access – You submit loans directly and assign loans to your wholesale lender of choice.
- Sponsored Access – You originate as a proxy for another institution, using your wholesale lender's website and credentials (user IDs).

- If you already have a Freddie Mac TPO number but are not ready to create a UCD XML file, click here to find a vendor who can help.
