Get Ready for UCD Changes on June 25, 2018
Beginning on June 25, 2018, the two Loan Selling AdvisorSM edits listed below will display as critical when a Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) XML file and Closing Disclosure PDF are not successfully submitted to Loan Closing Advisor® prior to loan delivery.
These changes are specific to Loan Selling Advisor and do not impact the criteria that determines a successful UCD submission in Loan Closing Advisor.
Example | Loan Selling Advisor Message | Loan Selling Advisor Edit |
