Get Ready for UCD Changes on June 25, 2018
Beginning on June 25, 2018, the two Loan Selling AdvisorSM edits listed below will display as critical when a Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) XML file and Closing Disclosure PDF are not successfully submitted to Loan Closing Advisor® prior to loan delivery.
These changes are specific to Loan Selling Advisor and do not impact the criteria that determines a successful UCD submission in Loan Closing Advisor.
|Example||Loan Selling Advisor Message||Loan Selling Advisor Edit|
|Loan has been submitted to Loan Closing Advisor without the Closing Disclosure PDF – on or after June 25 2018.||
The Closing Disclosure PDF must be embedded in the UCD XML file that was submitted to Loan Closing Advisor.
|Loan has not been submitted to Loan Closing Advisor.

|The UCD is required. Please submit the UCD and corresponding Closing Disclosure PDF through Loan Closing Advisor.||Critical|
More information about the critical edits will be communicated via our Loan Selling Advisor release notes.
