Scorecard Changes Help Servicers Identify Risk and Target Areas for Improvement

Freddie Mac has made changes to the Servicer Performance Profile (SPP), to reduce the number of loans progressing further into delinquency, manage risk through improved loan tracking and measurement and achieve higher performance.
