Mortgage Insurers with Freddie Mac Delegated Agreements
Freddie Mac has negotiated agreements with the following mortgage insurance companies. These agreements provide Servicers delegated authority to approve insurance terms and offer certain Freddie Mac relief and workout options to borrowers with mortgages owned by Freddie Mac that are covered by primary mortgage insurance.
