Collateral Valuation Providers
Freddie Mac works with the below providers to provide our lenders with the resources needed to support our collateral valuation options. The providers listed below support the Uniform Property Dataset (UPD) and integration and verification requirements for the Property Data Report (PDR).
We work with each provider to test that its solution has been developed in accordance with our requirements. All providers on this list have been verified by Freddie Mac. Please note that, in so doing, Freddie Mac does not endorse any particular provider and makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability or performance of any provider technology solution. Each lender or provider must perform its own due diligence and make its own business decision regarding which provider best meets its needs.
