As the duly authorized primary officer or principal representative of the Organization listed above, I hereby certify and agree that (1) by clicking on “Submit” below, I intend to be bound by my electronic signature on this form, which shall be as binding, valid and enforceable as my original written signature on a paper original of this form, (2) my electronic signature constitutes the Organization’s (a) acceptance of Freddie Mac’s offer to enter into the Specifications License & Access Agreement (the “Agreement”) accessible at the foregoing hyperlink and logically associated with my electronic signature, as well as my Organization’s agreement to become bound to the Agreement, or (b) affirmation of the Agreement, (3) the information provided in this form is true, complete and accurate, and (4) as required under Agreement, the Organization shall protect the Authentication Credentials used to access a System.
