If you no longer have an active lender administrator for your organization for the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) because they are no longer with the organization or have a different position, please submit this request to Freddie Mac to replace the lender administrator for your organization.

If you have a lender administrator with an active account, please do not complete this form. By submitting this form, you will disable your organization's access to the UCDP until the new lender administrator is setup.

I further acknowledge that access to the UCDP does not constitute an endorsement or approval to do business with Freddie Mac, nor does it supersede any agreement or understanding regarding eligibility to do business with Freddie Mac.
